I really enjoyed the eating sounds when you double tap the bacon. You hear a guy’s voice going something this this: “Yum, yum, yum.” It makes me laugh every single time. The sizzle of the bacon when it’s cooking is also a nice touch. The GPS is fun to play around with to see just how many options you have for your bacon needs. There’s also some cool recipes that will no doubt add in clogging those arteries as quickly as possible.

In the last few days I've had a couple of bacon-worthy dishes that I'm going to have to experiment with. I enjoyed a great cheddar cheese cookie that was just crying in its crumbs for some bacon bit "chips". And, no lie, last night I made my semi-infamous creamed corn (don't laugh, it's really dang tasty). It's vegetarian, and my vegetarian wife and I were eating it for dinner. Partway through she commented, "This would really be even better with some bacon bits." No lie. We've got some soy-facon-bits that are pretty good all in all.

So, clearly I'm going to have to try these recipes with the performance of pork, and report back.
