Hey guys, you folks REALLY love the bacon over there.

Thanks for being such big fans of Pocket Bacon. No, I'm not a member of your esteemed club, but I ought to be. When I'm not cooking bacon, I drive a moss green '97 Jeep Wrangler and a Silver 2002 Supercharged Nissan Xterra, (both factory stock). I don't do much serious 4-wheeling these days -- maybe when my son is a little older he'll enjoy the bouncing around but we love going on tame off-road trips to go camping.

Have you ever considered combining 4-wheeling and bacon cooking? I'm thinking wrapping some premium pork in a sealed foil bag and putting it securely on the exhaust manifold while you go hill climbing. Extra crispy baby, and what a way to celebrate summitting!
