Why is that thin shaved ham-like substance called Canadian Bacon?
As if to imply it is bacon? Well, in that regard what the hell is bacon? Well, bacon is the most delicious part of the swine, cured with smoky-sweet love! It's good, a staple to the American breakfast platter and one of the foundations of a B.L.T.
