Bacon Cheese Pancakes

Breakfast nirvana in a single entree!

2 eggs
1 tablespoon sugar
¾ cup milk
1 cup flour
1 pinch ground Cayenne pepper
1 cup strong cheddar, grated
10 slices of bacon, cut into thick slices
oil or butter for cooking
